Description

When inserting a List Item before or after an existing List Item, there is no indication where the new List Item will be inserted.

Step-by-step reproduction instructions

  1. Add a List block.
  2. Type text into the pre-populated List Item.
  3. Tap and hold the inserter button in the toolbar above the keyboard.
  4. Tap "Add block before."

Expected behaviour

A "Add Block Here" insertion point indicator is displayed before the first List Item.

Actual behaviour

An insertion point indicator is not displayed.
