Media & Text Block left and right padding on mobile

Description

The padding that is added to the .wp-block-media-text__content in Media & Text block is causing the content to have different padding than the media when viewed in mobile.

This line:

padding: 0 8% 0 8%;

We should probably remove the right and left padding on mobile, currently this is how it shows up on mobile:

Step-by-step reproduction instructions

1. Use Twenty Twenty-Three theme
2. Insert a media & text block
3. Select show media on the left
4. View the block on mobile
5. Observe the left and right padding which are not aligned with the media
