Block core/post-author-name no longer available

Description

The `core/post-author-name block no longer works in 6.0 Beta 2 using Gutenberg 13 (if that matters) and it worked on 5.9.

This may be related to #24952 but there is no resolution to the fact that themes using post-author-name are broken until the block is either reinstated or something equivalent is added to Gutenberg or core.

The post-author block may provide a way to show who the author is but it has no way to link to the author archives

1. IF you theme has used the core/post-author-name before, go to the template where it was used. I expect to see the name of the author, instead, isee the following

I've tested in multiple themes, most of them use the core/post-author block instead of post-author-name
