What problem does this address?

It is currently difficult for non-technical users to preview what Print CSS might look like. Since, there is an option to preview in Desktop, Tablet and Mobile. It seems it would be nice to add a Print preview as well.

What is your proposed solution?

Add an additional button to the block editor preview dropdown for "Print".

@colorful-tones there's now the ability to customize the preview options thanks to #64644

There's also #65005 which further talks about extending this
