What problem does this address?

I often use the Media & Text block and am disappointed when I don't have the same full-height options, with text alignment, that I get in the Cover block.

What is your proposed solution?

Add full-height & alignment options to the Media & Text block.

I am thinking you might want to know about this issue. As you have earlier worked on Full-Height for the Cover block.
