Description

I added a template part to a Page Template.

It would be natural to click the name seen in the toolbar to rename the part. A learned behavior example from OSX.
Instead this happens:

Rename-template-Part.mp4

--

With other blocks one only clicks the block icon to open the similar type popup/drop down.

Click-block-icon-to-open-transform-to-drop-down.mp4

The learnt behavior is clicking the block icon to open the transform to panel.
Blocks that have the name directly in the toolbar breaks the consistency. It also adds in a frustration where a learnt OS method does not work in Gutenberg. One can not click the name to rename.

Step-by-step reproduction instructions

  1. Create a Page template.
  2. In the Page Template. Add a Template Part.
  3. Try to rename the page template by clicking the name seen in the toolbar.
  4. Notice that the Block icon and name are linked together in one action.

Expected behaviour

This:
An example from OSX:

OSX-Rename-folder.mp4

Transferring this learned method to Gutenberg.

Here is an example I used for an issue for revising Reusable blocks:

Rename-Reusable-block.mp4

Actual behaviour

It is not easy to figure out where to rename the Template Part.
--> One has to go to the sidebar settings. Then open the Advanced panel. There one can find the Title text field and rename the "Untitled Template Part"

Btw This issue is also a duplication of another issue. I can always copy and paste my comment over to the other issue.

Ps
I added the bug label which might not be the best fit. It is more of a bigger change to an existing behavior.

👍🏻 for making this more intuitive. It took me a while to find out how to rename this. I assumed because of the grey highlight around "Untitled Template Part" at the top of the page, that I would be able to edit there.
