Contextual icons for template parts #31749

There are a number of areas in the UI that we can make use of the contextual template part icons and semantic template part areas.

  • List view
  • Toolbar
  • Inspector
  • Parent selector

Template parts assigned to the "Header" area should utilise the Header icon. Template parts assigned to the "Footer" area should utilise the Footer icon.
