Description

When setting a menu location that's already in use, sometimes a different location is assigned than the selected one.

Step-by-step reproduction instructions

  • Selected theme that has at least two menu locations, e.g., Twenty Twenty-One.
  • Go to /wp-admin/admin.php?page=gutenberg-navigation.
  • Create two menus.
  • Assign both locations to the first menu.
  • Select the second menu and try to reassign one of the locations.

Expected behaviour

The second menu's location should set correctly.

Actual behaviour

The second menu has a different location set.
