The post categories block still displays the block name and icon for the Post Hierarchical Terms Block in the settings sidebar, and there is no description.
This may be confusing for users since it does not match the block that they inserted.

When the Post Hierarchical Terms Block was created, there was a discussion about how to hide the parent block, but I don't believe it had a follow up?
We could change the title, add a description and update the icon to reflect the default variation, but I am not sure if that is the correct solution.
