Media/Text Block - title tag is not created in source HTML

Hello Gutenberg,

The media/text block does not include the title tag. For the regular image block the ability to add a title tag field is available and is created in the HTML output source. For media/text this doesn't happen.

It does appear that the media/text block uses the tag for the media portion of the block.
