Steps:

  • Drag any block.
  • Drop it on its top and bottom dropzones.
  • The expected result is that it stays in the same position.

Currently, when dropped at its bottom zone it is moved below the next block:

This will be fixed by #10201 which is scheduled for 4.0.

#10201 has been merged and the fix will be included in the 4.0 RC.
