Connection refused / hardcoded hostname?

When trying to run the EXE, get the following error:
"time="2021-01-07T05:02:12-05:00" level=error msg="Plugin returned error: Error getting sprite directory from configuration: Post http://localhost:6969/graphql: dial tcp [::1]:6969: connectex: No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it.""

seems like the "localhost/[portnumber]" is hard-coded rather than pulled from Stash config? (mine is set to 192.168.1.xx rather than localhost)...not seeing a place to specify in either duplicate-finder.cfg or duplicate-finder.yml
