The current site design should be considered our "dark mode" variant. Utilizing Tailwind's dark mode features, implement a "light mode" that respects the user's OS choice.

We also should have a little selector, perhaps in the top right, where a user can change between light mode, dark mode, or system preference (might want to look at some good UX examples of this)
