Add popup for islands #7

The popup should show all the OSM attributes:

Two attributes should be presented 'pretty'

island name, and
links to Wikidata and Wikipedia if it exists as an attribute in OSM.

The data shown can be extracted from OSM as part of the GeoJSON build phase (i.e. not fetched dynamically.)

We can set up travis to rebuild the website every day.
