Both Firefox and Chromium seem to be putting the toolbar button for newly installed add-ons into a hidden add-on button. This has been causing some confusion with users.

Documentation should be added to the wiki to explain how to relocate the toolbar button. Link to the browsers' documentation websites where possible.
