DO's & DONT's:

  1. Don't kneel, stand straight and scan from your line of sight. Step closer if you must. The scanner must see the top of the head as well as the feet.
  2. Scan against a solid wall
  3. Children should be standing on a hard, flat surface (not a mat), Babys should lie on a light-colored mat.
  4. there should not be a measuring board in the picture
  5. Only one phone is scanning at a time
