DO's & DONT's:

Don't kneel, stand straight and scan from your line of sight. Step closer if you must. The scanner must see the top of the head as well as the feet.
Scan against a solid wall
Children should be standing on a hard, flat surface (not a mat), Babys should lie on a light-colored mat.
there should not be a measuring board in the picture
Only one phone is scanning at a time
