No way to add a multi-device thing by URL

mDNS scanning can do this but if the service is not discoverable by mDNS, it is necessary to add each thing separately.

Wouldn't it be reasonable when you add a device by url, if the service returns a list of things, they are all added?

In general I recommend only exposing one web thing per device.

The W3C are currently working on the WoT Discovery specification which will define ways to discover a directory of things, which could achieve what you're looking for. https://w3c.github.io/wot-discovery/
