Describe the bug
When I tried to activate the Theme Sniffer plugin on wpsandbox.net, it threw a fatal error and interrupted the plugin activation. I have attached the screenshot for your reference.

Did you just clone this or did you try to install the .zip file (either from the release or from the wordpress.org site?)

It could be due to missing extensions on the server. Theme Sniffer runs PHP_CodeSniffer, and PHPCS requires some extensions and a way to execute it on the server.
