Use name of domain story as page title #57

Currently the title is "Domain Story Modeler. WPS – Workplace Solutions GmbH". Especially when using multiple tabs in a browser it would be more informative, if the title would display the name of the domain story.

Another possibility would be a mix of "Domain Story Modeler" and the name of the story. To be useful, then the name of the story should be the start of the title, I guess.
