crashed before completion

Several Issues tried 3 times with no luck It goes through the flashing and tries to verify flash before erroring out. I have attached several screen shots and the log file. I will say the sd card tries to boot and gets to shell> I would expect it would load windows. Thanks Dwain

I have the same problem with the same error message and 2 SD cards write protected and not formatable wit SD formatter.
