If the console kicks a player, in IRC it shows as a disconnect rather than a kick #73

What is incorrectly displayed;
Ingame: CONSOLE kicked [playername]
In IRC: [playername] disconnected (Left the server)

This would be because kicks are currently detected based on the kick command being run, so the console isn't checked.
