Currently on both Chrome and Edge, the picture in picture window closes as soon as native file selector popup opens. Very annoying behaviour for the user and they need to go back and re-trigger the launch of the PIP window.

Have observed since Chrome 130 update. Any possibilities that it can stay open for this case?

Yes this is a known issue. We have a solution in mind and I'll keep this thread updated on it
