Technically we have support of other languages already (Korean), but I'll wait with closing this for now. Once we confirm that French is fully functional, we will consider this completed, and it will be a question of listing support languages, and providing how to implement new ones.

Hey, I worked locally with for a french support. I could not find any bases to start from in the branches so I started from scratch and got something working on my computer. Is it okay if I push my local branch to the remote ?

If you want to submit it, you should be making your own fork of it and push it there, then submit a Pull Request. Having people come in and push straight into the main repo isn't really how things are done
