Curating "Now Curating" fails to update

Describe the bug
When curating multiple CVE's the "Now Curating" description does not update to a new CVE. When clicking the "Now Curating field to change the active CVE, the page does not update to reflect the new CVE.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Start curating a CVE
2. Without resetting, click the Curate tab in the nav bar
3. Start curating a new CVE
4. The "Now Curating" field is out of date
5. OPTIONAL: Change CVE's using the "Now Curating" field
6. The user fields and links to NIST and Github are now out of date

Expected behavior
The "Now Curating" field should reflect the active CVE and changing the CVE using the "Now Curating" field should update the fields to match the curation progress of the selected CVE
