Add a 'Face Restore' option to txt2img

This would make stuff much nicer to create that involves detail in the face. Please add a slider to adjust about much Codeformer (codeformer-v0.1.0.pth is being used in ValdMandic) or GFPGAN (GFPGANv1.4.pth is being used in ValdMandic) actually gets applied to the final result.

Images are as per Vladmandic's interface on this stuff, via txt2img for restore button and PROCESS IMAGE (EXTRAS as per automatic1111) for the sliders...would be cool to just have the sliders on the txt2img page as well if possible)
