[Feature] 希望增加customRowStyle和customColStyle

What problem does this feature solve?

客户要求勾选某一行数据时, 整行显示虚线边框, 类似excel选择后复制的那个样式, 我试了下用customCellStyle加边框是加在每个cell上, 不能做到类似于鼠标框选那种外框, 而且用customCellStyle加边框底部的边框线条还被遮挡; 在columns配置中添加style border样式也会被遮挡一个像素. 希望增加整行/整列样式
