Failed to install application

Hi, I'm working on a Yii ecommerce site so very interested in contributing to this repository. Checked out the code last night as per the README instructions however multiple fatal errors are being thrown due to missing config files (I created the config files as per the instructions).

I use Yii 2 regularly so server prerequisites aren't an issue.

I also noticed that the runtime directory (where permissions should be changed according to README) does not exist.

Is the install README up to date?

In the meantime - if I manage to figure out what the issues are then I'll update the readme and create a pull request

This was built on yii 1 not 2.
