This PR supports WebID attestation on llm_service, and also make use of it from WebUI.
At the moment, only the call to
LLM_SERVICE/completions/uses this. But I have extracted the function so other calls can easily add it where needed.It does not verify the user against a list of allowed users, yet. But can be easily added as well from llm_service, after getting the checking result (which contains the actual WebID of the user).
