Description

The lint is not functional and is set to be deprecated and removed (dart-lang/sdk#59554).

Requirements

  • The package_api_docs is no longer enabled by the package

Additional Context

The removal does not necessitate a release on its own as deprecated/removed lint errors aren't surfaced if from an options file that is imported through include.
