PROBLEM SUMMARY

The Readme.md shows that users need to manually copy the trust policy configuration file to the specific directory, however, there is a command notation policy import available for user to import the policy configuration directly without the need to consider different directories for different OS. See the guide from Notary Project.

The Notary Project community also plans to improve the trust policy and trust store management experience in near feature, see issue notaryproject/notation#769 and notaryproject/notation#590

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

Check the Readme.md

EXPECTED RESULTS

Use notation policy import command

ACTUAL RESULTS

Users are asked to manually copy the policy file to different directory.
