[Steam] Steam Segfault on load

I ran this from STEAM_RUNTIME=0 so steam could continue, and i attempted a steam update, but there was no update.

I use Ubuntu Raring X86_64

This looks like a duplicate of #1075, do you think there's a separate issue here?

Same issue, although I do not see system information provided in that bug.

I believe the issue in #1075 is understood so more system info shouldn't be needed, closing this as a duplicate.

@revo4ever, @bcurtiswx, Once you are all up to date, can you run without the workaround? We're trying to collect data to find out if the runtime is a good solution for people running 13.04

@slouken , Of course, because the Ubuntu 13.04 system is still under development, but after the last update for steam this day, the bug [Segmentation fault] has fixed and it is not necessary to open steam with STEAM_RUNTIME=0
