Black Screen (csgo) after 3 4 seconds and disappear

About to have 1 month and still can't find solution !
Opening CSGO will just open like flash Black Screen and then close, That's it.

Launch Option

• Set Launch Option to : -window
  i am using this ad this is just flashing Black Screen and that's it.
  Hoping to get solution

Sounds like #1883 but that has been fixed. Also could be #1757 or #1801

TBH i don't understand the solution that's y i did opened this i just pop up and close.

i have problem with running on mac
on running on mac it shows :

Failed to load the launcher (dlopen(bin/osx64/launcher.dylib, 2): image not found)

hope so i get solution its more then 3 months

My friend just had this problem. He was on discord at the same time and solved it by closing discord and csgo, then opening csgo before discord. Sounds more like an apple problem than a valve problem.
