The matchmaking system has nothing to do with how the game gave team scores on round ends. From the first video, the match HUD getting confused and not updating properly indeed is just a client-side bug that can be replicated very easily with console commands.
And from the last video, the match HUD has corrected itself.
As the title says, when a round ends on the map Cutter, the teams switch sides. This shouldn’t happen as it confuses the matchmaking scoring system.
