Jakiro inconsistent Liquid Frost bonus damage procs

Description

Jakiro's Liquid Frost ability is supposed to proc bonus damage per damage tick sourced to Jakiro. I found however that this is inconsistent. For instance Orb of Venom damage ticks do not proc Liquid Frost bonus damage, while the Witch Blade item which is an upgrade of Orb of Venom does proc Liquid Frost bonus damage on its damage ticks.

Mage Slayer, another upgrade of Orb of Venom, similarly does not proc the bonus damage.
