Codium crashes on starting program

Please confirm that this problem is VSCodium-specific

• This bug doesn't happen if I use Microsoft's Visual Studio Code. It only happens in VSCodium.

Please confirm that the issue/resolution isn't already documented

• I checked the Docs page and the Troubleshooting page and my issue is not mentioned there.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to a directory on my terminal and at a folder hit codium ./
2. 2. OR I open the program up from my taskbar
3. I see, momentarily, two windows that I last used appear on my screen and then flash away and disappear.

Expected behavior
I expect that the two windows stay open so that I can interact with VS codium and continue my regular use of the program.

• OS: Ubuntu 22.04.5
• Architecture: x64
• Version: 1.96.2
• App Manager: Installed with apt install codium
• Sandboxed: I don't think so :/

@dory2380 look under /var/log/ dir. Need sudo to do it.
