VS Codium Wayland has no titlebar or frame

Describe the bug
When opening VS Codium , the application does not display a window frame (including title bar, control buttons, and borders) when running under Wayland. This issue prevents users from managing the window (e.g., resizing, moving, or closing it using standard controls).

Please confirm that this problem is VSCodium-specific

• This bug doesn't happen if I use Microsoft's Visual Studio Code. It only happens in VSCodium.

Please confirm that the issue/resolution isn't already documented

• I checked the Docs page and the Troubleshooting page and my issue is not mentioned there.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open the binary vscodium-wayland in a wayland session
2. Observe the applications window appearance. The application loads without an window frame

Expected behavior
The application should display a standard window frame, including:

1. A title bar with the application name.
2. Control buttons (minimize, maximize, close).
3. Resizable borders
