Non-American keyboard shortcuts displayed incorrectly and don't always work #2137

Type: Bug

I use a Swedish/Finnish keyboard and wanted to set the line comment switch to COMMAND-´ (that's the meta character for acute accent, just next to the backspace key on my keyboard), like Xcode uses.

The key setting displays COMMAND = (i.e., the symbol for command and the equals sign), which is not correct. And it does not work when pressing the key either.

Seems like national keyboards are not treated correctly when setting key shortcuts, at least when not using keys that are the same as on American.
