It would probably be good to provide rules for specific languages/frameworks/software built into ReproZip. This could be done through plugins, for example a Python plugins would ignore .pyc and pack .py files instead, would get libraries in their entirety instead of only the files used, etc.

These plugins could go over the gathered configuration one at a time and change it.
