What is actual pytorch, cuda , mmdet,mmcv version used? #44

Since there are multiple version on which mmdet and mmcv works.
It would be cool if we can recreate exact environment used by this github.

Would you share the environment file?

This repo use mmdet==2.14.0
According to get_started.md, correct version of mmcv (for mmdet 2.14.0) are mmcv-full>=1.3.8, <1.4.0
