JSON happens text garbled

Hi. I using VBA-JSON!

I'm Japanese.

I have some question.
Is this tool a correspondence to Japanese?

Yesterday, I used this tool.
And I converted Excel(includes Japanese) to JSON.
I converted all number to half size by VBA function StrConv.
However, Only Japanese(hiragana, katakana, kanji) can't right convert to JSON.
I try convert to JSON text garbled only Japanese.
Would you tell me what is good ways?
Or Is this tool can't support Japanese?
