In new version of graphql-modules there is no documentation for how to implement directives with graphql-modules, old version had it covered. With current documentation it is hard to understand what is the best practice for this case.

I'd like to see what are the options for directives/scalars in documentation.

At this point and with deprecation of SchemaDirectiveVisitor, it's high time that we get updated documentation on these two topics, especially with the new directives API.

Would be great if it would be easier to use the graphql-scalars
