AngularCLI update to Meteor 1.8.0.1 and Angular 7.1.1

Hello @ardatan,

this is an update of the AngularCLI example to Meteor 1.8.0.1 and Angular 7.1.1

As workaround @types/meteor needs to be fixed to "1.4.14"
See Urigo/meteor-rxjs#230

There is a remaining error: ReferenceError: Mongo is not defined
This error occurs regardless of the updates in this PR.

Adding Mongo specific imports to meteor-client.config.json does not work.

To reproduce:
npm run start for a dev server. Navigate to http://localhost:4200/.

do you have any suggestions on how to fix the meteor-client-bundler configuration ("ReferenceError: Mongo is not defined")?

@georgyberdyshev — as a work-around, I have pinned [email protected] in meteor-client.config.json: "release": "1.7.0.5",

At least, for the Meteor calls we are using on the client, this is compatible with release 1.8.0.1 on the server.
