labels dropped when writing to CSV with readr #2

Note that readr drops all of the labels from the dataset before writing to CSV. Use the base write.csv() instead.

# THIS DOESN'T WORK:
readr::write_csv( survey_recode_df, "DATA.csv" )  # drops all labels

# THIS WORKS FINE
write.csv( survey_recode_df, "DATA.csv" )
