Short description of the issue and how to reproduce (is it random / always happens / side conditions ?)

People get stuck in specific blocks, It always happens when you try walking on anchors, ender chests, chests and smithing table (i havent tried other blocks)

Have you made any (noteworthy) changes to the default configuration of NCP?

disabled some cheats that i want in the server, the biggest problem now is fly because if i enable fly people get kicked and get stuck in blocks and if i disable then people can fly
