.mp4 downloading as .mp3

Videos are downloading as audio files. The downloaded files play sound and show a static shot from the respective video, but without motion in the video. File appendage is also ".mp3" while the downloaded file is large, as if the file were in fact .mp4 - i.e. suggesting the original video file from the respective Video site.
