HOPS information for future planning

Sisu has information about a course being included in the personal study plan (HOPS) of a student. This could be used to predict the interest for a course and the possible number of course participants in the future. However, this has issues as not all students update their plans frequently or actually enroll in a course even if it is included in their plan.

The Completed courses of students view could be expanded to display if a course is in the personal study plan of the student.

Also Courses of population's students could have the same, that would satisfy Happonen's wish

There should possible be a "modules" tab similar to Courses of populations, that would make it possible to see what modules are planned.

The By semester tab could be expanded into the future by showing if a course is in the personal study plan.

This could be a good task for a new Oodikone developer and be done in the spring 2025. See 2024-11-21.md meeting notes on GitLab for more details.
