custom report for UH level (also programme) of the "almost graduated (bachelor) students"

By Nordlund wishes we would need custom report for UH level that helps users to find students who are close to graduation.

For the first version, include the following:

• possibility to choose a faculty or a study programme
• find bachelor students who have completed 160 (hops) credits but haven't graduated
• find students who have finished their bachelor's thesis but haven't graduated
• possibility to export information as an Excel file
• possibility to switch between hops credits and all credits

More features (2024-03-27 and 2024-04-02):

• email and phone number
• show total number of students being shown
• change name to "Students close to graduation"
• degree programme filter
• study track info when only one degree programme is selected
• include dates of latest attainments (both total and for a course included in the correct study plan)
• status of three last academic years (the current one and two previous ones)
• opiskelijan ensisijainen opintosuunnitelma
• add info about meaning of each column
