[Faculty stats] Better categories for bachelor + master student progress tables

The categories in bachelor + master progress tables of faculty stats could be better. Currently the differences between students are not as easy to see as in other tables.

For example in the picture below, no students are in the 3 last categories (less than 108 study credits).

The same thing applies to evaluation overview's faculty stats.

Bachelor + master categories should start from 180 credits? No one with bachelor + master should have for example only 54 credits
