Cisco Small Business switches have a sysObjectID value under the Cisco enterprise value (9), but they do not function as other Cisco devices (and therefore the rest the sysObjectID points to the otherEnterprises subtree of the cisco MIB node).
PortAdmin should not select a Cisco-specific handler for these devices, but should fall back to the generic SNMPHandler, at least until there is a proved need for a Cisco SMB-specific handler.
