Nav Thresholds

Hi @Wilote, sorry for the slow response! What does the preview graph look like ("Latest values for this metric") when editing these threshold rules? I.e. do they even have data? And what interval have you configured the threshold rule to look at? Traffic data is collected at a relatively modest interval of 5 minutes. This means you need to include at least two data points to be able to calculate a traffic rate. It therefore recommended to set the threshold rule to look at the average of the last 15 minute interval (to get at least two, but up three data points) to ensure you get something useful. |

Hi team,
We have NAV with version 5.8.3. We have configured Thresholds to alert when traffic is >2. However the thresholdmon.log, indicates:
2024-06-19 13:40:02,250 [WARNING] [nav.thresholdmon] did not find any matching values for rule 'nav.devices.SWEBAS_SE_TREN-ECR4.ports.Gi1_0_25.ifInOctets' >2
2024-06-19 13:40:02,259 [WARNING] [nav.thresholdmon] did not find any matching values for rule 'nav.devices.SWEBAS_SE_TREN-ECR4.ports.Gi1_0_25.ifOutOctets' >2
How can we solve it?
Regards
Guillermo
